SPONSORSHIP & INDEPENDENCE

Support is separate from decisions.

Sponsorship does not purchase or influence:

  • participant selection
  • qualification decisions
  • judging scores
  • winner selection
  • research conclusions
  • technical roadmap decisions
  • publication authorship
  • speaking positions
  • judge positions
  • awards
  • certificates of achievement

Judges evaluate submissions under the published judging rubric. Sponsor representatives may judge only through the normal selection process and conflict-of-interest rules, including recusal. Sponsorship itself does not guarantee a judging position.

Participant privacy and ownership.

Sponsors do not automatically receive participant email addresses, phone numbers, application responses, judge information, private submissions, private scoring or personal data. Future sharing requires appropriate consent and a separately documented process. Google Form and Sheet responses remain private.

Sponsorship does not automatically transfer ownership of AeglysAI IP, participant code or submissions, research or documentation. Any separate IP arrangement requires a separate written agreement. No ownership of participant submissions is granted by a sponsorship tier.

Certificate acknowledgement.

Participant, finalist and winner digital certificates may acknowledge support only when sponsorship is confirmed, written terms include certificate branding rights, the sponsor approves its name/logo use and the organizer approves the final design.

Possible footer wording: “Community Hackathon supported by [Sponsor Name]” or “Prize supported by [Sponsor Name]”. These are wording examples, not configured sponsors.

Acknowledgement must not overpower AeglysAI, the participant name, achievement or event title. AeglysAI remains the certificate issuer unless otherwise formally agreed. Sponsorship neither earns achievement certificates nor changes eligibility.
